We are at 20mt from the metro, and 200mt from the Cumana. It's well connected with the whole city (the train station, the port, the historic center) it's next to the "Mostra d'Oltremare", the RAI site, the University Campus of Monte Sant'Angelo and to the San Paolo's stadium. In a neighbourg with all the services included a typical market.

We have 3 sunnies rooms, each one with the private bathroom, a nice balcony, air conditioning and television in each room, daily cleaner and internet WiFi. The guest will enjoy of a convencion with a garage in the building.
